Governance Inbox

The employee portal focuses on governance actions requiring your attention. Open Governance Inbox to see assigned access reviews and workspace renewal or escalation tasks, with the workspace, due date, status and action link.

Sites you own and Requests you submitted provide context. New workspace requests should explain the business need, owner, template and governance policy. Use Open in SharePoint to work with documents in Microsoft 365.

Access reviews require Microsoft Entra sign-in with the assigned owner account. They cover M365 group roles, not every possible SharePoint access path. Your organisation's Microsoft permissions still control access to content.
